Children and families

24 February 2024

This is a reading promotion activity through art and play, which we carry out in the MACA Library in Alicante, led by Va de cuentos.

We offer you a proposal adapted to the online format, for those families who cannot attend in person. Today we invite you to a laboratory where we are going to create abstract works of art by playing with our knowledge of mathematics. Throughout this laboratory we will be looking for relationships between readings, figures and lines, calculations and equations, Elena Asins and her geometric paintings.

Will we manage it?

During the first stage of childhood, knowledge of the world and of oneself is acquired through the experience provided by the senses. For this reason, it is fundamental that we provide stimulation for each of the senses individually, but also together, since they are not isolated from one another. These laboratories are a field of learning and discovery and an opportunity to showcase high-quality books both for what they tell and for how they tell it. From 5 to 12 years old. With the support of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Universities and EmploymentIn collaboration with: Provincial Council of Alicante
