Exhibition Catalogue. "Inhabiting the Shadows" delves into that which remains in darkness, where chiaroscuro encapsulates notions linked to individual and collective memories. An almost physical journey through the exhibition where the composition in black and white stands as the sole protagonist. A curatorial discourse that intertwines the collections of the IVAM and the MACA, not as an artificial stylistic resource but responding to a deeper impulse: memory that folds upon itself and resists being contained in the perfect metaphor of imageries in grayscale. Exhibition curated by Blanca de la Torre and Rosa Mª Castells organized in collaboration. IVAM. Centre Julio González, Valencia, from September 25, 2025 to January 18, 2026.
