Space allocation
The museum has an auditorium with a capacity for 154 people, located on Floor –1, where, upon request and approval, various activities may be held, such as press conferences, lectures, seminars, film series, presentations, and more.The MACA may also make other areas of the museum available for different activities, always taking into account the characteristics of each space and the museographic needs of the collections on display.
The facilities available in the auditorium are:
Sound system and microphones (4 table mics, 4 wireless mics, 4 headset or lapel mics)
Laptop computer with open-source software
HD projector and screen
XLR, HDMI, and VGA connections on stage
Press patch (Press box)
Blu-ray/DVD player / other formats, with S-Video and HDMI connection from the control booth with its corresponding audio
Audio with JACK or mini-JACK connection for PC or other devices from the control booth and stage
Lectern
Full accessibility to the stage via a platform lift
The museum does not have a sound technician on staff; therefore, in any case, it is necessary to speak with the museum manager.
