Concert-workshop of Graphic Music. In certain areas of contemporary music, scores have moved away from having a purely functional character, being an established code between composer and performer, to follow a gradual process of flexibility, gaining in subjectivity, until sometimes becoming artistic objects in themselves.
We invite you to participate in this musical graphic workshop concert that sits at the border between visual art and sound art!

Campus Escénico is a collective scenic creation proposal aimed at adolescents and young people aged 13 to 20 in collaboration with the Youth Department. The Contemporary Theater Exhibition would be held in the museum, with the collective creation inspired by the life and work of Eusebio Sempere.

Different professionals will participate in various days of analysis and reflection, always starting from different works in the museum's collections, which will also serve for the people of Alicante to learn firsthand about the MACA's heritage.

A society that lives between boxes. It uses them, in hundreds of thousands of shipments that are carried out daily around us almost without us noticing. It inhabits them, because shared living spaces are becoming increasingly oppressive, with the screens of our digital devices being the only windows to the outside. We find ourselves enclosed in fragile and suffocating walls, whether made of cardboard or concrete, of frustration or of oblivion.
That is why, from the Palabras Mayores group, they propose that we reflect on this through En/Caja/2, a performance that wanders between happening and artistic intervention, and which will take place in one of the museum's rooms. We invite you to participate in this experience that will take place on Saturday, January 28th, starting at 6 p.m., in which creators and spectators will interact and become the same thing because, after all, all people carry and live in their own boxes.
Free admission until capacity is reached. General public.
Who is Alfred? Where has he been all this time? Nobody knows, but occasionally he appears to remind us that he exists. He hides beneath our feet, behind every wall, in each one of us traversing our subconscious. He is rarely seen. His appearance is fragile and his life in the exterior is limited like that of mayflies. He lives in past, ancient emotions. His senses and perception of things, of space, of time seem to be different from ours, they don't follow the same patterns… He still seems amazed.
A project that is based on the conviction that we are at the moment to meet again, to heal after such a long period of distancing. We want to bring bodies together, to regain the confidence of social contact, to let loose bodily expression to the rhythm of music.
